Before submitting an order we, at Apex Auto Parts, advise that you read the following, in union with our Returns Page and Delivery Page. These terms and conditions should be read and understood before the transaction is completed. If you have any problems with the information contained in our terms and conditions then please call one of our customer services advisors on 02039 356 604 or alternatively contact directly by using the Leave a Message widget found in the bottom right hand corner of each webpage. Although we endeavour to keep all prices up to date, Apex Auto Parts reserves the right to change the quoted price at any moment. This may happen due to an unforeseen price increase when we have to order in a part, or may be due to other external influences. We are under no statutory obligation to sell goods at the quoted price. All prices quoted are excluding UK VAT unless stated. Any goods shipped to a UK address will be subject to VAT. Any goods shipped outside of the UK will be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country and it is the customer's responsibility to settle these fees. Please note that the customer will be liable for any charges incurred for goods being returned because of refusal to pay these charges. Apex Auto Parts is proud of it’s delivery service, any part ordered before midday is dispatched for delivery the following day; providing the part is in stock. It is sometimes the case that certain parts are out of stock; a short delay is therefore inevitable whilst the item is delivered to our warehouse. We accept all major credit and debit card, we no longer accept either business or personal cheques. All online transactions are operated through PayPal; we feel these methods offer the utmost safety for our customers. Apex Auto Parts reserves the right to reject any transaction we believe to be fraudulent. Customers are free to return any unused goods in their original packaging for a refund within 30 days of dispatch. Please note any GENUINE Land Rover parts are only afforded a full refund if returned within seven working days and can only be fully refunded if retuned unopened – please fill out our Returns Form when sending parts back to Apex Auto Parts All parts come with a full one-year warranty, any faulty goods must be returned with a completed Returns Form.
